The goal was to accomplish a successful package design for Black Crow Wines, a new company and maker of organic and biodynamic wines. The reason for this company not selling glass wine bottles is due to its harmful effects on the environment. There are many benefits that boxed wines have over the traditional glass bottles.
Research
In order to create the design of the box I needed to take into consideration not only the significance of the shape but, also how the shape of the box would be seen in store. Since there is a negative stigma associated with box wines and their quality, I needed to create something sophisticated and clean that would speak to my audience. I used a bold design that stood out from the shelf in order to catch the viewers attention.
